- Engineering Graduate: B.E/B.Tech/B.Pharm 4-year degree from a recognized university.

- Non-Technical Graduate: 3/4 year degree in applicable stream.
- ITI Trade Apprentice: Passed 1 or 2 years regular ITI course from NCVT/SCVT.
Only candidates who passed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 are eligible. Candidates who have already completed or are undergoing apprenticeship elsewhere are not eligible.
